RSC Coach Incentive

We value the time and dedication our coaches invest in their teams.

To show our appreciation, we offer the RSC Coach Incentive Program to acknowledge the essential role our volunteer coaches play in delivering our soccer programs for all participants.



Outdoor Season (Spring/Summer)


Recreational Program Head Coach (U3-U6)

The head coach from each team will receive $75 credit on their PowerUp account. ($50 program developmental fee plus an additional $25)

Recreational Program Head Coach (U7-U18)

The head coach from each team will receive $100 credit on their PowerUp account. ($50 program developmental fee plus an additional $50)

Recreational Program Assistant Coach (U3-U18)

The assistant coach from each team will receive $50 credit on their PowerUp account. ($50 program developmental fee)

Representative Program Head Coach (U9-U18)

The head coach from each team will receive $150 credit on their PowerUp account. ($50 program developmental fee plus additional $100)

Representative Program Assistant Coach (U9-U18)

The assistant coach from each team will receive $75 credit on their PowerUp account. ($50 program developmental fee plus additional $25)

 

Indoor Season (Winter)


Recreational Program Head Coach (U4-U15)

The head coach from each division will receive $50 credit on their PowerUp account. ($25 program developmental fee plus additional $25)

Recreational Program Assistant Coach

The assistant coach from each team will receive $25 credit on their PowerUp account. ($25 program developmental fee)

Representative Program Head Coach (U8-U17)

The head coach from each team will receive $50 credit on their PowerUp account. ($25 program developmental fee plus additional $25)

Representative Program Assistant Coach (U9-U18)

The assistant coach from each team will receive $25 credit on their PowerUp account. ($25 program developmental fee)

Important Notes:

  1. If you are Head Coach or Assistant Coach for multiple teams, you will receive credit equivalent to the number of teams coached/managed.
  2. The credit will be administered to PowerUp accounts at the end of each season.
  3. If the coach/assistant has two children on the same team, only one credit will be issued.
