Our Adult Recreational Programs offer a fun, low‑pressure environment for players to enjoy the game and stay active throughout the winter season.

The focus is on friendly play and teamwork rather than competition, making it ideal for adults of all skill levels.

Women's Recreational (2027)

Location: ALL sessions will be held at the Twp of Russell Sports Dome

Season: Tuesday January 5th - Tuesday March 9th (8:00pm-8:45pm)

*NO sessions on Tues Feb 16

Registration CLOSES: December 20th, 2026

Program Information:

-5v5 format

-Players must wear clean INDOOR shoes (running shoes or cleats) and shin guards. 

-Player t-shirts/Pinnies will be provided.

-Referees will be assigned to each game.

*Due to the nature of the program, friend requests will not be accommodated.

Adult Coed Recreational (2027)

NO PROGRAM AVAILABLE FOR THE 2027 WINTER SEASON

Program Information:

-5v5 format with at least one female on the field for each team at all times.

-Players must wear clean INDOOR shoes (running shoes or cleats), shin guards. 

-Player t-shirts/Pinnies will be provided.

-Referees will be assigned to each game.

*Due to the nature of the program, friend requests will not be accommodated.

REFUND POLICY

Indoor Programs: A full refund (minus credit card processing fees and program development fees) will be provided up to January 1st if written notice is received by the Club Registrar (rsclub@russellsoccer.com).

Thereafter, a minimum administration fee of $45.00 as set by the Board of Directors will be charged to cover the cost of equipment, uniforms and administration.

After the first day of programming, no refund will be given except under exceptional circumstances, as determined by the Board of Directors.
