
Spring/Summer - Youth Recreational
RSC 2026 Youth Recreational (House League) Divisions and Formats:

ChALLengers Program
The Challengers program is designed for youth & adults with special needs.
Our dedicated program coordinator and volunteer coaches strive to ensure that all participants have a positive experience playing soccer while having fun and staying active.
Sessions are 60 minutes once/week and consist of a warmup followed by engaging drills and intra squad scrimmages.
Important Information:
~All players will receive a sponsored RSC uniform and is theirs to keep (jersey, shorts and socks).
~Players are encouraged to wear cleats and shin pads.
Season Dates: Monday May 18th - Monday July 13th.
Registration Fees: $50/player
Location: All spring/summer sessions will be at the RHS field.
Youth U3-U6
This 'intro to soccer' program focuses on fun and promoting a lifelong enjoyment of the game. Players will rotate through various stations each session; focusing
on movement, coordination, basic technique and/or mini games.
Important Information:
~There is a zero-tolerance policy in effect for jewelry of any kind. This includes watches, fitness trackers, rings, necklaces, and earrings (no exceptions for newly pierced ears).
~All players will receive a sponsored RSC uniform (jersey, shorts & socks) and a size 3 ball; theirs to keep.
~Registered U3/U4/U5 players must have a parent/guardian who will actively participate in all sessions.
~Players must wear clean-indoor running shoes (cleats and shin pads are optional).
Season Dates: Monday May 18th - Saturday July 18th. No Sessions on July 1st.
Registration Fees: $180/player
Location: All spring/summer sessions for the U3, U4, U5 & U6 divisions will be held at the Twp. of Russell Sports Dome.
*with the exception of the House League Festival on June 6th
Youth U7-U9
Skill Development Sessions: Players rotate through various stations; focusing on movement, coordination, basic technique and/or mini games.
Game Day Sessions: Players take part in two mini games (3v3, 4v4 or 5v5), each 20 minutes in length (5-minute quarters). All games are played with minimal coaching to encourage creativity, autonomy, and active learning.

REFUND POLICY
Recreational Programs- A full refund (minus credit card processing fees) will be provided up to May 1st if written notice is received by the Operations Manager. Thereafter, a minimum administration fee of $45.00 as set by the Board of Directors will be charged to cover the cost of equipment, uniform and administration. After the first day of the season, no refund will be given except under exceptional circumstances, as determined by the Directors.

PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT FEE
In order to accommodate the continued growth of our membership, maintenance of our existing facilities and plans for future expansion, the Club introduced a Development Fee for all registrants in 2023. The fees will automatically be charged, once to each account, during the registration process (Winter Programs $25; Spring/Summer Programs $50). This fee is non-refundable.
